Syd asked to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Sammy asked if she could to.
I really thought that once Sammy saw Syd do it she would decline but she went through with it. Syd was so nervous but was so brave. She flinched a little and was done.
Sammy was brave and held on to being tough until I hugged her and then she broke and had a few tears. (My sweet Sammy)
P.S. Sammy won't show her teeth because she lost her top right one and she thinks she looks funny.
Dear Sydney,
I can't believe how much you grow up everyday. You are super smart and school comes easy for you. In fact I think you were born to go to school. You love everything about it. Your favorites are friends, PE, and getting ready for school. The outfit you wear and the way we do you hair. You are super bubbly and people are drawn to your personality. You care about other people. You are a tease and sometimes push it just to get attention. You are Zack's favorite (shhh don't tell anyone) but you spend the most time with him and he LOVES you. You are pretty tough and are pretty good about going with the flow. You are little bit of a picky eater suddenly but yet you are the best about eating vegetables and fruits. We love having you in our family. You make life so much better! We love you!

Happy Birthday Syd! 6 years old?! I remember coming to stay with Sammy when they induced you to have Syd. Where is the time going?!

we LOVE sydney! She looks darling with the earrings. Ella does NOT want pierced ears--- even if Sydney has them - that doesn't sway her!
