Craters of the Moon

I have lived in Idaho my whole life with an exception of a few years and have never been to Craters of the Moon.  So we took a trip a few Saturdays back.  We did a hike through the Indian Tunnel- easy that the kids could do it.  The weather was a little chilly but better cold than too hot.  We had a little picnic after in Arco, Idaho.  Lucky Uncle Jon & Aunt Stacey came too or else we might of bagged the whole trip- we need to do more of these little things but when it comes down to it sometimes it is too hard.  But because we had people going with us we knew we couldn't bail. It ended up being great, not too hard and just a perfect day trip for us.

Rigg couldn't decide if he liked this thing or not. At first he did and then not so much

It is so fun to have cousins that live close.  We are so lucky we even go to the same school.  I always tell my kids that no matter what we automatically have built in friends at school because our cousins are there.   Next year Jake & Sam, Emma & Cooper and Zack & Leah are all in the same classes.  How fun!
